Coach Lexis James, M.S., B.S., is the esteemed Executive Director of Operations for the Arkansas Storm AAU Organization. A graduate of the University of Arkansas—Fort Smith with a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Level Education, she furthered her education with a Graduate Degree from the University of Central Arkansas, specializing in building-level management and administration. 

In 2021, Coach Lex founded Arkansas Storm with only $1,200, using those funds to purchase uniforms for the inaugural team after recognizing the need for a summer travel team in Maumelle, Arkansas. Coach Lex is passionate about both education and basketball, understanding that players are STUDENT-athletes, even during the summer. She also serves as the head boys’ basketball coach for a well-known local middle school. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her wife, relaxing, and traveling the world. 

Coach Ryan Brooks, B.S., is the dedicated Assistant Director of Operations for the Arkansas Storm AAU Organization. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Coach Ryan joined Arkansas Storm shortly after its founding and has been a key figure in its growth and success. 

Known for his pragmatic coaching style, he emphasizes discipline, skill development, and a strong work ethic, earning the respect of both players and fellow coaches. Passionate about giving back, Coach Ryan is committed to serving his community through various service initiatives. He is also a devoted family man, happily married with two children, and continues to inspire and guide athletes to reach their full potential. 

Taylor Youngblood-James, M.S., B.S. is the Executive Director of Communications for Arkansas Storm. She holds a bachelor's degree in teaching and a master's degree in building administration. Taylor manages the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring that all content aligns with the core values of Arkansas Storm while enhancing the team’s visibility and engagement. 

Additionally, she oversees all behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her dedication to effective communication and organizational excellence makes her an invaluable member of the Arkansas Storm team. As the Social Media Content Manager, she highlights the incredible talent across all Arkansas Storm teams, ensuring that the media presence reflects the organization's core values.
